By creating an account or otherwise using Packetto (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Packetto is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Panini, FIFA, or any other sticker publisher, football association, or license holder. All album, team, and player names, logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use, and you must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country.

You agree not to create accounts using automated means, to impersonate others, or to submit false information that affects leaderboards or swap matching.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or spam other collectors through messaging or swaps;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights;
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

Packetto helps collectors find one another, but any sticker swap or trade is a private arrangement between users. We are not a party to those exchanges and are not responsible for the conduct of other users, for shipping, or for the outcome of any swap. Trade safely and use common sense.

Optional Pro access is a way to support the project: a recurring subscription handled by our payment provider (Stripe), or a single-use gift code redeemed on your Account page. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and Pro runs until the end of the paid period. Gift codes are non-refundable and grant Pro for the stated period. The core tracker — collecting, swaps, and messaging — remains free, and we may change what extras Pro includes over time.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend the Service, at any time without notice. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packetto and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost data or interactions with other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
