Accidentally checked a sticker?

This is the most common question we get — you can fix it yourself in seconds.

Remove it from the Collected filter:

  1. 1Open the album and switch to the "Collected" filter.
  2. 2Tap the sticker you marked by mistake.
  3. 3Confirm "Remove" in the dialog — the sticker is unchecked right away.

Why it can seem stuck: outside the Collected filter, tapping a collected sticker banks a spare copy (the +N badge) instead of removing it. Tap the badge itself to manage your spares.
